Introduction
Welcome to my coaching practice. I am committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal information you share is handled responsibly, transparently and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This Privacy Policy explains what data I collect, how I use it and the rights you have.
Information I collect
I may collect the following types of information:
Personal information - name, email address, phone number, details shared through contact forms, email or during coaching sessions
Coaching related administrative information - scheduling details, invoicing information, notes relevant to our work together
Payment Information - billing details required to process payments
Technical Information - collected automatically when you visit the website - IP address, browser information, analytics data
How I collect Data
I collect data when you contact me via the website, when we have coaching exploratory conversations or when you engage my coaching services as well as automatically when you browse my website.
Why I use your Data
Under UK GDPR I must have a lawful basis for processing your data. I use your information for:
- responding to queries
- Providing coaching services and managing our client relationship
- administration, scheduling and invoicing
- marketing communications
- improving the website
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
How Your Data is Stored and kept Secure
I take reasonable technical ad organisational measures to protect your personal data including password-protected devices and accounts, secure email and cloud-based systems, limiting access to personal data to only what is necessary.
No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but I will act promptly and in line with legal requirements if a data breach occurs.
How Long I keep your Data
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Enquiry data: up to 12 months
- Client data: for the duration of our coaching relationship and a reasonable period afterwards (for legal, tax and professional reasons)
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Sharing Your Data
I do not sell your data. I may share data with trusted service providers who process data on my behalf (email platforms, payment processors) and when required by law or to protect legal rights. Third parties are also expected to comply with data protection law.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have a right to
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
